Excellent visit, all of my questions were answered, time was taken to be sure I was comfortable with all of the answers, and a plan was developed to correct the problem. One suggestion - put new patient forms on your website or mail them in advance. Getting the paperwork done in advance would be much appreciated.

I am fan of University Foot and Ankle Clinic. And I'm a big fan of Dr n. She is thorough compassionate knowledgeable. My only gripe with your office is that you're answering service is horrible. My attempted to book an appointment after hours through the answering service, which the answering service said they could do. I then received a call a couple of days later telling me that the answering service had messed up and had inserted my name into the wrong schedule for the wrong doctor. Us I had to all over again all the office during the day to get an appointment with Dr n. Other than that I'm a devotee

My experience was great! The staff was friendly and the doctor was very nice and helped me with my issue. There was on visit where it was very busy and it almost took me 30 minutes to check out after my appointment. I didn’t like the wait and I was charged extra for parking. I would have like to check out right away but waiting the 30 minutes wasn’t too bad since I wasn’t on a tight schedule.

My experience with Dr Gina G went extremely well she took time with me and explained clearly my treatment and therapy l need to follow too very one my injury, I was very happy with Dr G and will continue my treatment and recovery because of her professional care and caring for my injury.Michael O’Shea

Everyone in the office was kind and knowledgeable. Between the quick wait time and the help with the billing department and the personalized attention from Dr. Nalbandian, we were very satisfied with our choice to come to UFAI.

Dr. Nalbandian is knowledgeable about cutting edge treatment for my condition and explained things well. She was receptive and was empathetic to my needs and requests.
The office credit card machine seems to always have issues. Seems like an outdated deliverable. It would be nice to pay online before my visit or have the option to pay my co-pay online.
The office staff are always really kind.

Dr. Gina is very very nice, caring and professional. She is friendly and makes her patients feel comfortable.

I was called the same day to come in an hour earlier for my appointment. I completed a bunch of paperwork in the office and then sat in patient room for 30-45 minutes because no one told the doctor I was there. I was very disappointed with this because I left work for the earlier appointment but actually saw the doctor at my original later appointment time.

I was a walk-in patient, literally, and Dr. Nalbandian was able to see me as soon as I finished filling out the paperwork. She took x-rays and gave me a diagnosis with options for treatment. I am happy with the prompt attention and treatment suggestions, Dr. Nalbandian was recommended by a friend who is also one of her patients, I'll do the same if the opportunity presents.
