Dr. Gina Nalbadian was amazing!! I came in with an emergency foot situation and she had wonderful bedside manner and resolved my injury with expertise and care. So grateful to her. Would highly recommend. Thank you Dr. Nalbadian!

I was frustrated that after 3 weeks I still hadn’t heard back about my PT referral status. And I did sit in a room for over 30 minutes before being seen without any indication it might take that long when I went for my 2nd appointment. That said, the staff and doctors are great.

Signing up for your portal was over the top challenging for me as an Elder- non techie. Your staff at the front desk said they would be glad to help next time I come in or stop by. So, for now, I have no way to communicate, except by phone.

Unfortunately due to Covid, I didn’t come in to get new orthotics earlier. So when I did returned, I was considered a new patient. My replacement orthotics weren’t covered. I had no idea they are almost $500. I was too embarrassed to say something. I’m super happy that my feet issues was healed but I wish the staff would have warned me about the cost of the orthotics before I came in. I wouldn’t have gotten them. The orthotics are to prevent any future problems. I have no issue currently. I won’t be returning unless I have another foot related problem.

Maybe I should have been warned about the pain level after the procedure. True it's different for everyone but I wasn't sure whether it was normal or due to an infection. I could have called also, anyway pain went after two days and I am satisfied with the results so far, grateful to my surgeon and every single nurse I met

I felt and continue to feel (post surgery) confident with Dr Baravarian as my surgeon! Dr B exudes a focused calmness, which puts patients at ease. SO IMPORTANT!!! Thank you for that! Truly! Dr B is a great surgeon and a lovely human. :-)

Dr. Bob is a remarkable surgeon! Most importantly, Dr. Bob understands the needs of each individual patient. I felt very comfortable and confident in the presence of Dr. Bob. I’m looking forward to a speedy recovery.

I went in to see why my foot still hurt after an injury 6 months earlier. The Doc took an X-Ray did not see anything but kept on it thinking there might have been a torn tendon. The following week I had an MRI and found I had 2 broken bones that weee not visible on the X-Ray. Thanks to the Doc for following up with my injury and we are on the track for recovery.

I had an unusual situation with the doctor forgetting to send in my meds then the person who is supposed to take care of prescriptions from the phone messages also dropped the ball. This was very traumatic actually. BUT the doctor apologized; the office manager took care of me with dispatch and sympathy and ultimately I had a happy ending albeit many weeks later. I like that there is PT right across the hall; also the MRI and Xray. The clinic is set up for convenience of the patient. And I like that it's easy to get appointments, not having to wait many days to see the dr. I also like that the doctors are collegial and consult with each other. That gives me added confidence. Would be nice to know if the doctors specialize at all e.g. sports injuries, dance injuries (me), etc.

The therapist was wonderful; very professional, and he explained things very well and was very gentle.
The atmosphere is friendly. I do think the receptionist could be more friendlier and welcoming though.
