The speed with which the personnel put me into an exam room is exceptional. The doctor came in and listen very carefully and addressed all my issues relative to my injury. Several weeks ago the doctor also ordered physical therapy that has been a tremendous help. He was familiar with the physical therapist, who I was already seeing for my concussion that I had in September. My therapist seamlessly transitioned to treating else my injuries. Moving toward my ankle and arch injury with seamless.

Yes, just one thing. I was happy when Dr Briskin brought in the shoe inserts. I just was taken back that they cost me personally $60.00. Even my knee brace was covered by my Insurance so i thought they would be run through my insurance. I’m on a fixed disability income once a month so for me? $60.00 is a lot of money. I would have been happier if I was told before he cut the inserts to fit. At least been ask or told ahead of time that i would be charged for them. Thank you, Jonathan Knight

I knew the problem I had, as it was explained by the previous doctor I saw, but Dr. Briskin explained it and actually gave me a fix! It made all the difference in the world and stopped the pain.
By the way, it was for a hammertoe and he gave me a little device he made for me to wear and let the toe heal.
Definitely the podiatrist I trust now.

My only minor complaint is the fees I have to pay upfront. I know my insurance will cover everything, yet I still have to pay upfront, then untangle everything later. I know some people lie or don't pay their bills, so I get it, but it's still an annoyance to me. Front desk person at the window was not super cheerful and friendly. Seemed like she assumed I was lying about my fantastic insurance or willingness to pay my bill. I do have a clean track record with the office. Anyway, everyone else was fantastic....Dr., nurse, Cheli....all wonderful!
