I was initially told my ankle had a small crack. Next visit I got another x ray and was told it’s just a bad sprain no cracks/fractures. Then at my first PT session he said the notes mention there was a crack?

Confusing.

So I still don’t actually know for certain what happened to my ankle!

Other than that everything has been helpful and pleasant

Several years ago my insoles seemed to be very well made. The last couple pair seem to be very poorly made and are only lasting a month or so. It is very disappointing given the cost of them. Have you changed the manufacturing process? Thanks.

DR Baravarian, Although seeiing me and starting diagnosis on 11-25-19, had another doctor see me this time, although I was scheduled for an appoint. w/ Dr Baraavarian, and Dr Baravarian was in the office, as he came up to say hello after my appoint. This just stuck me as odd.
The other doctor was quite good and provided insight and answered my questions, It was I felt a constructive and helpful appoint, but just odd as indicated in the above comment.
Foot seems to be healing, and that's the point. Thank you!

I am now 6 weeks post-op and can say that I have received great attention and care from everyone. Dr. Baravarian has been so professional and excellent at responding timely to questions or concerns. The office staff has been great and the physical therapists have been wonderful as well and so easy to communicate with regarding scheduling and progress. Thank you! Christine

I love this office !!! Dr..Bob is amazing and really helped me with a swollen ankle ! I was so happy o didn't need surgery and was badly in need of orthopedic due to super high arch with was causing me to put pressure on outer ankle joint . He recommended certain shoes (sad to say not all orthopedic flip flops or expensive nursing clogs are good for everyone . ) office is clean and staff is very nice . Office is very efficient and they have an X-ray machine in office as well as an mri ! This is the place to go if you have any foot issues !

I am giving a honest review of my experience with Dr. Bavarian. And staff, I went there for plantar fasciitis in severe pain, Dr Bavarian was very communicative and extremely compassionate in helping to treat me, the staff was very polite and helpful, I would recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of a podiatrist, I have done physical therapy and home treatments, am waiting on my orthodic insoles, I will update my review when I receive them,

Appointments could be better coordinated between the offices especially when dealing with Kevin the orthodics and Brace guy. Seems the Santa Monica office doesn't really know his schedule when things are scheduled through the other office. I had to drive there twice because of their scheduling issues with Kevin. But otherwise, all is great.

everyone was great, except one of the office ladies who never processed my MRI insurance request. Took 6 callsto her and then it was denied because not enough information was provided. The insurance company told me they were waiting on my doctor's office to send more information by the time that all happened I changed insurance companies. so although I was happy with everything up until then I definitely had a bad experience at the end. And my ankle still hurts

My first appointment with the blood flow tech was horrible as I waited 1 1/4 hrs before anyone even recognized me at the front desk. Granted Dr B was not there and they were having a holiday party. Two appointment after with the techs were fine.

The team was excellent. The therapists were very patient and took the time to explain things clearly to me. The therapists were experienced, knowledgeable and attentive. The staff were professional and courteous.
