when the billing statement comes out to my residence there is not enough time
to wait for me to send payment they call to remind me you owe money you have a balance, what is the urgency, it is not professional to remind a patient about
payment the patient is aware of her balance. That is the only thing wrong with
this office, it is always about $$$$

Dr. Briskin and staff were incredibly knowledgeable, kind and helpful.
Dr. Briskin has a wonderful bedside manner in addition to lots of patience while answering all of my questions.

I would recommend having brochures or writings prepared and handed to the patient regarding their (common) issue and the typical treatment plan etc. BASICALLY TAKE THE PATIENT OUT OF THE DARK. it helps the patient understand what’s happening and how long it will take for recovery etc.

Dr Briskin is very smart, very friendly and very efficient - great doctor. . [Please don’t tell him this-don’t want him to get a big head. LOL. The young guys, Steven, John et al. are consistently xlnt as well, as are the front of the house ladies.

My Postive Comments Here are about the Staff of the Physical Therapy Department ONLY.

I continue to be frustrated as to how difficult it is routinely to get complete information out of the MD, Dr Baravarian. It was a Lengthy Dignosis 3-4 Months, which I understand in my condition is sometimes a difficult diagnosis. However I felt tangents were focused on by the brevity of Listening to Me and focusing All to Quickly on tangential comments. Once Diagnosed I find I have to greatly explore with other professional the full future IMPACT to Me of procedures that are being suggested such as PRP.

Only recently discussing this with PT Therapist Gray, did I confirm my concerns that, if I might receive PRP in my Right Ankle, I will NOT be Able to Drive due to my Right Foot Requiring 2 Week Long Immobilization in a boot.

These are facts, that it would be great for the MD to TAKE THE TIME to communicate as part of his discussion of PRP in my situation, so I can choose what is Best Set of Options for Me, and/or make the best set of preparations.

I am always digging for the Facts with this MD, trying to get the Interns out of the communication stream, so I get most clarity possible.
