Initially the front office was not accommodating in making the appointment. I had to do all the leg work to make sure that my insurance was contacted and that it was acceptable. I was not pleased at all by the inefficiency of the front office.

The appointment was really quick. I was told some the few things that were wrong with my feet and got tested for insoles same day, after checking with my insurance coverage. I returned a few weeks later and Dr. Baravarian made sure it was all fitting well.

I was told by another doctor that it would "heal on its own", but it didn't. Dr. Franson listened and worked with me. He gave me options I didn't know existed. Now, for the first time this year I feel like there is hope that I can walk (and hopefully run) without pain. The PT workers were also very caring and helped me a lot.
