Dr. Saeedi is exceptional. He takes great care and makes you feel very comfortable. I really felt like he took time to make sure that I understood everything clearly and he answered all my questions. He listened to everything I said carefully too and respected my feelings about my situation and what I had been through before coming to him. He also took a lot of consideration when helping me figure out a treatment that would be best for me. I think he's a really good doctor and I am lucky to have been under his care.

My only comment is why, if my appointment was on May 22, 2020, it took you until June 15, 2020 to send me this questionnaire? Medical Science tells us that memories of an event are 'fresher' closest to the the time of the event.

Dr. Briskin was great, and the staff were even better. However I was not comfortable with the social distancing in the waiting room and would be hesistant to return except for a health crisis, which is why I gave a rating of 7 instead of 10.

Great. The office was clean and it looked like precautions were implemented for health and safety. Other than the rude man boy who was in the office when I arrived, whining about his appointment, telling me to, "Get out of my way!" as he passed me through the door, everything was fine.

When I went in for a follow up appointment on 4/22/20, mid corona crisis, I was surprised that you were not limiting the number of people in your waiting room. There were far too many of us, and it was awkward. I discussed it with Dr.Briskin and he shared my concerns. I have not been back since, and I can only hope you have taken more appropriate measures to ensure proper social distancing in your waiting room.

The staff was all knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. There's one minor thing (super high-maintenance, I know) that I'd suggest:

Close the doors. I noticed there's a culture of leaving the exam room doors open before the exam. I saw other patients waiting in their rooms as I walked in, and others looked at me when I was sitting there with my foot raised. It also happened when I was getting my CT scan...I was standing there for a few minutes (door open) with the lead shield on and a random woman walked by and said, "oh, that looks heavy." It's really not a big deal but it's just a little awkward. I'd feel more comfortable if you closed the door until Dr. Bob was ready to see me/do the test.
