I have respect for the doctor and his fellows, and appreciate the input. I feel, so far, that I was properly diagnosed, and that I was given accurate information about how to proceed going forward. Thank you.

The very first appoint I had, the young woman at the desk didn't have the knowledge about my Scan insurance and told me that I needed much more paperwork than I actually did. She treated me like I was trying to scam her. I told her the actual situation about my coverage, which was actually correct. She left me standing at the desk. When she came back she said there was nothing she could do without a recommendation from my primary care specialist, which turned out not to be incorrect. I had to go back home after making special arrangements to get there. I called my insurance who reassured me my information was accurate. When I called to make another appointment the gentleman understood the foulup and rescheduled me, making sure I didn't get turned away unnecessarily once again.

I've been a patient of Dr. Baravarian for many years. I appreciate his passion and expertise. He always keeps me up to date on new procedures that might help with my chronic foot issues. The staff are always very helpful and the environment is calm and relaxing.

I love Dr Franson. Not only did he do great surgery for me but he is a kind loving patient person. I especially appreciated the fact that he was responsive by email within 24 hours every time I had a question, and I had a lot of questions with a complete ruptured Achilles

I am happy to click buttons for a couple of minutes but when you ask me to spend my time writing, I draw the line. I'm not going to take the time to write everytime i get my nails clipped. I am doing it now as part of my commentary. You will get a much more cooperative response when you ask for LESS of your patient's time.
