Dr. Feldman and his office staff do a wonderful professional job in dealing with patients. This is consistent and I have referred 2 friends to him already.

What is not at the same professional level is the call center now making the appointments. That's where you should focus improvement.

Dr. Franson is a surgical genius. I have never had to wait long. They know how to bill insurance properly, and they have an on-site MRI that doesn't cost me hundreds of dollars after insurance! The staff is amazing. The offices are clean and welcoming and smell fresh but not "medicinal". I cannot say enough about them. They are exceptional. Very highly recommended.

Very satisfied. I really appreciate how the doctor handled the procedure, especially his patience and his skill dealing with my anxious son. The nurse was great too.

My only suggestion would be an after hours number for problems. The number on the answering machine took me to a hospital that said they were not affiliated with the practice. When infection set in over the weekend, we couldn't reach the doctor or his back-up and had to go to urgent care instead.

Dr. Hamed Jafary is an outstanding podiatrist. He is a brilliant diagnostician. He takes his time and doesn't rush the appointment. He gives you specific information regarding your foot or ankle issues and follows that up with the best treatments. Dr. Jafary establishes a wonderful relationship with his patients. His interpersonal communication is superb. You know that he genuinely cares about you as a patient.

My experience was a good one. The doctor has great bedside manner. He was professional as was the whole office team. I'd say the only thing I wish was more helpful would have been an actual diagnois after the xrays were taken.
