Dr Franson was very thorough after seeing the xrays he was prescribing the use of a boot for 4 weeks but when I let him know how inconvenient it would be .. he said based on the timing of the initial injury and coming to see him that I might have success by just wearing the lace up ankle brace. I really appreciate him listening to my concerns both before diagnosis and post!!

I trust Dr. Kelman and his team and know both he and associates a long time, way back in 2000 when I started serious running and feet complications as a result. Now I visit him and remind him of the ancient history of his past life. He's savvy, common sensed and I come a long way to marvel at his medicine.

Live in OC and go UCLA/LA for medical care. Very HAPPY w/Dr. Briskin! My Foot hurt for 6 months! Urgent Care said nothing broken so it was okay. Okay was painful all the time, and it turns out I had a plantar plate of the second joint torn and required surgery! (Duh you need an MRI to see beyond bone tears which this competent group knew what to do.) I appreciate Briskin's expertise and care. Donald in the office is excellent! He always is thorough, makes sure you have a complete understanding and is kind in caring for you. Office staff great and cordial. This means so much to me since I was in extreme pain for 6 months, received the run around locally, and now because of Briskin I am on track to get my foot back to normal...which means my life! Thank you!

I highly recommend Dr. Feldman and his super caring friendly staff. This office is by far extremely professional helpful, kind and I admire the time they take to explain the issues in detail. Not once have I felt rushed. I truly made the right choice coming here, you will not be disappointed. They’re amazing!!

Love the Doctor, and staff! They are a very welcoming group, and really go out of their way to make your experience safe, and they also show you techniques to go home and work on. I would definitely recommend this office.

Great experience overall. Loved Dr Jafary. The only thing that could have been more helpful is if someone would have mentioned how heavy, bulky and impractical your scooters are. No one ever suggested that I would need help managing such a big scooter or that I should consider the size of my house before choosing to rent it. I asked if I could also have crutches once I saw the size of the scooter and realized I wouldn’t be able to use it at home. It seems to me that you deal with this every day and you should at least mention points to consider before being sending a patient off with something that really won’t work for them. I never used the scooter once after leaving your office. I couldn’t lift it safely out of the back of my car while standing on one foot, and I didn’t think it would be safe to hop all the way to the front, even if I could have lifted it. Also, the attitude I got from the front office (we’re very busy) when I asked if someone could help me bring it from my car back to your office, made me feel like I’d crossed some sort of line. I’m in a cast. I can’t bring it back to you and get back to my car! I’m sure lots of people have that issue!

I have been a patient of Dr Feldman’s for a number of years but hadn’t been in a while. He’s always very caring. I’m happy to hear that the billing company has changed from whomever was being used last year. Their fraudulent billing practices were a liability to Dr Feldman’s practice.

My experience/care at UFAI, Sherman Oaks, is always given in a friendly, professional and timely manner, however this time my nails and calluses were not cut down like they usually are and consequently my feet did not feel as good when I left the office. And THAT'S the feeling that I always look forward to after my UFAI office visits.

Dr. Carter and his staff were exceptional. Always on time, very helpful and friendly. Surgery went perfectly and I would definitely recommend Dr. Carter. I required a disc of my xrays by September 6 for another doctor appointment, and discovered their office had experienced a computer failure, and those files were no longer accessible. Erica Aldrete was very professional and assured me she would do all she could to get them for me. She called me two days later and said she had retrieved my xrays from backup tapes located at the Santa Monica office and then mailed them to me in plenty of time for my appointment. She was so helpful and I very much appreciated her diligence.
