I enjoyed everything except this quiz. Next time I'll let you know if I'm not satisfied. If I come back, I'm satisfied. Please tell all the quiz companies to stop asking me to complete quizzes for everything I do and buy. In fact, in this quiz, you didn't even accept the feedback until I composed something in this field. I detest this requirement. I expect that no one will even do anything, if it's even read at all.

The staff is friendly and professional. If you're on time, they are on time, which makes for shorter wait times to be seen. Dr. Baravarian explains foot conditions and problems very well, and I would recommend him and UFAI for any foot related problem. The physical therapy department is very good also.

I have had a great experience with Dr Franson, he is such a nice person, very caring, very knowledgeable, and highly experienced. The entire staff are amazing. so caring and attentive in every way. You always feel welcomed. I would highly recommend him if you need a podiatrist.

Our son, Christian likes Dr Kelman and his assistant (who files his toe nails) so much. Everyone is friendly and kind. Dr Kelman is very knowledgeable and communicates information clearly and with understanding. Our experience at University Foot & Ankle is always a positive one.

It was a good experience. Everyone is very nice. I really liked the doctor.

My only "complaint" is that I was told the orthotics would take 2 to 3 weeks and it took 5+ weeks. I lived 50 years without them so it's not like I could not wait a bit longer. In fact - my schedule has not allowed me to get them yet. But the time prediction could be a bit more accurate. This was an issue with my daughter's orthotics as well -- and she did need them in the time frame that was promised. So out of a sample size of two the prediction time was off by multiple weeks 100% of the time.

That all said. I am looking forward to years of good feet health and will not only come back but will suggest to my neighbors and friends.

I had an excellent experience with the office. The doctor was very professional and knowledgeable. My procedure was pain free. The office staff especially, the technician who fitted me for my orthotic (I'm sorry I forgot his name) was very nice and professional.

I am not a really good patient as I have quite a bit of anxiety when it comes to doctors and definitely surgery. All of the personnel that handled my treatment were explained everything in a professional manner while still having a compassionate and caring attitude
