The best of the best of the best!

I saw Dr. Carter when I was first injured but due to insurance, I had to have a different surgeon. Later, due to an insurance change, I was incredibly lucky enough to get Dr. Carter to take over in my process of healing. He is fantastic!!! From his 'bedside' manner to his gentleness of care and real honest NEED to help, I can't say enough great things about him! I am so grateful to be finally on a road to recovery!!!!!
