    I felt the visit went reallly well with the doctor. Staff is friendly.

    Feedback I would give is follow up. I had my feet casted for inserts and was never called on the status that they were not in yet due to a manufacture backlog or when they did come in no one called me. I had to call twice.
    The doctor also ordered more inserts for my work shoes when I received my first inserts and I still have not received a call that they are in. This was before Christmas!

    I am annoyed that I can get the toe fungus lacquer and cream more cheaply on the internet and you charged me full price. I was even more annoyed when I found out it was YOUR website. This should be rectified.

    I’m very pleased with the results of my bunionectomy. Dr. Franson and Dr. Jafary are excellent physicians who gave great recommendations, performed a very clean surgery and had wonderful post-op care. I will be back in a few months to have them treat my other foot.

    Dr. Ryan Carter is great! He previously treated me at the Santa Monica office, so I was thrilled to learn that he also treats patients at the downtown office, which is closer to my new job and residence. The person behind the reception desk was cold and disinterested. She never greeted me, or bothered to look up at me even though I was the only person in the reception area. Dr. Carter walked another patient out of the office and stopped to greet me. Still no reaction from the woman behind the desk. Five minutes later, she calls me for my insurance card and co-payment. Still no greeting from her and she never once looked up at me while speaking to me. Perhaps she's autistic and doesn't make eye contact with patients? This was very different from my experience in the Santa Monica office. The nurse came out to get me. She was polite, friendly and professional. She walked me into an exam room, asked me for the reason for my visit, asked my to remove my shoes and socks, took a look at my soles and then informed me that Dr. Carter would be in shortly. Dr. Carter promptly entered, took a look at my soles, either remembered me from last spring or has very detailed notes, and got to work.
