Dr Franson was nice and explained the bunions,surgey,ect but the reason i came in was my ankle.
I had unknown etiology of ankle pain so bad I purchased a ortho boot.
i was just seen again a few days ago in urgent care as my ankle is worse. That dr. that saw me, who is not an orthopedist,examined my area of pain .He gave me an explanation of where my pain is coming from and showed me a calcaneofibular ligament picture and thinks I have a tear.I Wish the orthopedist would have given me an educated guess like the urgent care dr did of what i have . I like Dr. Franson. You asked for my feedback so I think addressing the chief complaint such as my ankle pain of unknown etiology, from a specialist, is a reasonable expectation.
he took the time to do x-rays and show me my bunions,and explain about surgery, which I
appreciate. I wanted to know how long I would be non weight bearing. However, I was disappointed an orthopedist did not give me an educated guess on the cause of my ankle pain and offer pictures of the painful area in question.
Now, having seen a general
practitioner MD Who did those things, I realize I should just give you feedback since you keep asking.
