Great in every way except I ordered orthotics when I was at the office on 6/18/19 I bought the molds with me but then the order wasn't even placed until 6/24/19. I was told it would be 2 weeks to get them and now I'm being told it will be 1 month. What took 4 days to order them?

I really liked the doctor he has amazing bedside manners. But the staff (not including the front office) they have terrible bedside manners. No eye contact, they don't even introduce themselves. In one occasion the doctor had to give step by step instructions to a worker on how to give me the patient a specialist phone number and name. It was ridiculous.

I came in all ready to get my surgery done; had someone bring so I wouldn’t have to use pressure on my foot in driving; planned the day etc. when I got there the assistant was setting up the room and discovered one piece of vital equipment was not functioning. Dr. B came in and apologized then said we have to cancel. I understand that these things happen was this equipment working ok the day before? Was it checked prior? The thing is I had someone give up her morning to bring me over. Not to mention my time as well. So please check your equipment. I am scheduled for August 1st. So sorry to complain ; your office is really great but you thought you should know

Most impressive medical care. Can’t wait to see if the surgical procedure actually worked, as I’ve struggled with this condition for eight years. It’s satisfying to feel as though there are people who really care about my wellness.
