This operation runs like a well oiled machine! Every aspect has been smooth and easy. Doctor Baravarian has been awesome and very caring. His attention to detail is great! I didn’t want to drive too far to their physical therapy institute after surgery, so Dr. recommended excellent service near my home.

I didn't know I had 2 broken bones (3rd & 4th). At a previous aptmt., when x-rays were taken, I was told I had 1 broken bone in my l. foot. Glad I found out about it so I could be more careful w/the healing process.

I am not sure why I was charged for a visit when I picked up my orthotics; and a subsequent follow up visit, when my husband (Steven Herbert) was not charged for either. He just picked up the orthotics. We were both using previous molds.

Medical staff experience was great. Faced some unhelpfulness at the front desk -- as I tried to determine money-owed at appointment's end. Had to clarify with doctor who intervened on my behalf. (The idea being: based on my insurance, I didn't want any non-covered procedures be performed until I was clear about my out-of-pocket costs.) The doctor was extremely helpful. Front desk, decidedly less so.

Dr. Franson is a perfectionist. When I had my foot surgery years ago, I was very pleased. The healing process was rough but the therapy and final results were excellent! Now when I go in to to get rid of bad corns or calluses, they make my feet like babies skin after I’m done. I have referred other people too and they fell the same way!
