    My daughter had a great experience. Only thing I would say is that my friend referred me to Dr. Franson. When I made the appointment for my daughter’s ankle injury, I was under the impression it would be with Dr. Franson. Instead, when I got to the appointment, it was with Dr. Jafary. Nice man. I didn’t have a problem with him at all. But you might want to advise/train your offsite appointment setters to verify who the appointment is with. Like I said, Dr. Jafary was very kind and knowledgeable. But he was not the one I was referred to by a friend of mine. We both have daughters who suffered the same ankle injury so she told me what to expect. I prefer seeing a specialist who was referred to me rather than someone who I have no knowledge of. Other than that, our experience there was very pleasant.

    Staff member asked ME if they should take X-rays...Isn’t it THEIR job, or the doctor’s, to look in my chart and see if x-rays have already been taken? Dr. Kelman was nice and pleasant enough, but he clearly had no recollection of seeing me a few months earlier! Again, isn’t it the doctor’s job to look in my chart when he sees me?

    I had a excellent experience with both the staff and Dr. Carter, they were very caring and personable.

    Minimal wait times on the phone and for my appointment times.

    The doctor (Dr. Bob Baravarian) and his entire staff are wonderful. I have benefited tremendously by the expertise of this surgeon and then the follow-up exercises of the physical therapist. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who is suffering with problems with their feet.

    Dr. Briskin seemed rushed but was able to diagnose my problem and come up with a solution. I would have liked it if he was able to spend a little more time with me for questions.

    Currently, my foot still feels as if it is continuing to heal. It cramps up from time to time as I move about more and more. So far, so good.

    Before that, Dr. Carter had me in a boot for 4-6 weeks and my foot was not getting better. I realize that at my age healing takes longer.

    front desk interaction has never not been awkward. reception desks are also bizarre. if i've been dr redkar's patient for years, why do i have to fill out every form again by hand if none of it has changed? dr redkar and nurses get 2 thumbs up.

    It was kind of pushy to send three reminders for me to fill out this survey. I admire Dr Briskin very much and so I gave it all tens. However at this visit I did not see doctor Briskin, I saw someone else because Dr Briskin was ill.

    For this reason I did not fill out a survey asking me how my visit with Dr briskin went.

    You have these automatic surveys, you have your automated phone calls, etc. As a patient I will say that your system needs some work. I got multiple phone calls even though I did everything the prompts on your phone call asked me to do. And I got some calls reminding me to reschedule an appointment I'd already rescheduled and been to. It definitely has a lot of flaws.

    Automation can save labor, this is true. But at this time it is also alienating your patients with its ineptitude.
