I have all good things to say about University Foot and Ankle Institute. The staff is courteous w professional with a very positive attitude. I have not had to wait longer than 10 minutes. I especially am impressed with the Physical Therapy Staff; they are the best team of experts I have ever experienced in th medical field.

After almost two years of excruciating foot pain from Plantars Fasciitis I am experiencing huge improvements. I have almost no pain. Plus Doctor B is the only Doctor who diagnosed Fallen Arches, and prescribed effective treatment.

Everybody was great!! Only one complaint. I called to confirm the kind of shoe Dr. B had recommended. I was told that he would return my call as soon as he came out of his room. No call. I called again and was told that he would call me back really soon. No call. So I trusted my memory and think I got the right shoe. But the "no call" was disappointing since I had been beyond pleased with everything else.
