Dr Briskin is very smart, very friendly and very efficient - great doctor. . [Please don’t tell him this-don’t want him to get a big head. LOL. The young guys, Steven, John et al. are consistently xlnt as well, as are the front of the house ladies.

I love EVERYTHING about my experience IN the Valencia office.

The concern is when I call for an appointment, I am not greeted or treated with the same kindness, professionalism and care that I receive from the Valencia office. I have, on more than a few occasions, called to make an appointment or ask a question and it feels like I am bothering the person on the phone and she is just short or maybe not.. of being rude. CONSISTENTLY. I wish the calls were answered by the office like they used to be. I would HATE for anyone to think the person answering the phone is located at such a wonderful place. If one doesn't like to answer the phone, maybe they shouldn't? I am afraid it will lose patients and wouldn't be surprised if it already has.

After my first visit I had a lot of problems with my toe which was trimmed , it took a lot of time to heal. I was on a trip and couldn't wear shoes very well. Since then I have had orthotic's made and they are working fine you even made a second pair to get them right. I am 81 yrs old and have several issues and need better explanations of ways to resolve them.

At the age of 73, I had been having pain and swelling in my right foot for 3 months. It was badly deformed from a bunion which pressed on a joint in the top of my foot. Dr. Franson's confidence and prognosis for recovery helped me believe I COULD HAVE A NORMAL LOOKING & FUNCTIONING FOOT even at my age. After 2 hours of surgery and 50 stitches, I have reached that perfection. Four months after surgery, I am able to use Elyptical FOR 20 MINUTES FOLLOWED BY 40 MINUTES OF walking on Treadmill (60 MINUTES STRAIGHT). Dr. Chan has been a GREAT foot doctor for me for over a decade. He was able to help me and came up with solutions for the issues I was having when no other doctors could figure it. Even when my insurance changed due to my work I upgraded my health care plan in order to be able to come see Dr. Chan. He is a genius when it comes to be a foot doctor.

I've been a patient of Dr. Franson's on and off for a few years now. He is always professional, thorough, friendly and a great doctor. The staff are all amazing too. I have had a few problems with the front desk/accounting staff when I've paid my co-pay with cash in the past but we have since resolved these issues after months of dealing with corporate accounting. I now only pay with debit card. At any rate, Dr. Franson and staff are top notch.
