I don't understand why you are no longer sending invoices. And even if I pay at the time of service (for a recurring thing - so I know what the charges will be), why can I not get a receipt at the time? This makes things very difficult for me, when I need to turn in receipts to my HSA. I have to remember to ask for one, the person has to remember to provide one (once the charges are in the system), and it's just a hassle. I just don't get it.

The staff, physical therapists and Dr.Fransen are professional, friendly and do amazing work. I would highly recommend them if you have any issues with your feet. Dr. Fransen has also taken great care of my kids feet issues over the years. My kids think he is the best!!!!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Briskin for YEARS and love his work. He and his staff are professional and very helpful. They try to be timely and value my time. We come from about 2 hours (morning traffic) away because he is so good.

Seems like an organized and professional operation.
I'm trying to figure out whether the ankle supports help or hurt -- a bit awkward,
and I also have back problems, and trying to figure out if anything related.
I would like to return for follow-up appt, probably in Westlake. Thank you.

I highly recommend Dr. Bob Baravarian, DPM of UFAI. He and a team of other professionals spent time to identify the issue and propose a solution. Their primary goal is clearly patient case. Trained staff (there are many to help) and no waiting at all. He personally spent a lot of time with me and I'm grateful. THANK YOU FOR COMING TO MY AID WHEN I NEEDED IT THE MOST.

Dr. Ryan Carter is very personable: he is friendly, an excellent listener, and thorough in his exam and in explaining everything to the patient and in answering questions. It is a pleasure to do business with a doctor of his caliber.

I was asked to sign a document stating that I had received a copy of my MRI report when in fact in was NOT in the folder I was given to take home.
It took three follow-up phone calls to receive the report.

Doctor briskin is the best! everybody there from their receptionist to the people that helped the doctors are all professional and courteous . I just can not say and enough good things about this office. In fact I'm always telling people that need help with their feet to go to this office and see doctor briskin or one of their doctors

Dr Redkar was great in treating my foot wounds, following up with me and recommending a custom shoe company that could provide me with the right shoes to help me keep my feet comfortable, safe, and healthy. Her office staff was very good and efficient. I was impressed by her team at Cedars and particularly by the fact that she stopped by my room there every day while I was hospitalized. I highly recommend her.
