    My heel pain is back but not quite as intense as before. I don't want to get another Cortisone shot though, as the shot was much more painful than the heel pain. I'd rather live limping than go through that again. If my heel gets progressively worse I'll give the doctor a call.

    Dr.Franson is amazing. I drive an hour and a half just to see him. His staff are awsome as well. Lexi emailed me the info i needed right away and the front desk staff are always friendly.

    Lexie (Alexis) carried on a great conversation while taking care of my toes. Her ministrations were careful, yet quick. Where Dr. Fransom was quick and efficient, Lexie was efficient and pleasant. The conversation was steady and distracting. Both are highly recommended, and, I will return!

    I’m very happy with my doctor so lucky to have found him.
    The only problem I have is at the end when I need letter for my work it becomes a problem. That creates problem with my manager. I know staff are busy but they could take a second to discuss about my restrictions letter.
    Hope next month I won’t have problems.

    For new/first time patients, offer to email them the patient forms so they can print them at home, fill them out and bring them already completed. It's easier to provide some of that info ( name of medications being taken, dosage, etc.) if you can access the bottles. Hard to know some of that info by heart when completing the forms in your waiting area. Also, I wasn't called in for about 30 minutes after my appt. time - that shouldn't happen.
