Need to clearly communicate to the patient how driving will be impacted and how much recovery time before driving again. It was not communicated before my surgery, and I didn't think to ask until one week prior, almost canceled for obvious reasons. Otherwise everyone has been great. Thanks!

Dr. Redkar treated my ingrown toenail expertly and sympathetically. I had a lot of questions, and she took the time to answer each of them. When I agreed to the procedure that she suggested, she asked whether I preferred to hear in advance what she was going to do or should she just do it. I preferred to hear in advance. I so appreciated the question! My toe healed just as she said it would, in the time frame that she said it would take.

Dr. Redkar is very proactive, which I both like and need for my multiple foot problems. I feel well taken care of by her and her attentive staff. She listens to my questions and answers them. Her staff are all nice people, and responsive.

It was a pretty basic visit, got a quick diagnosis, everything was fine. I did notice that the x-ray technician wasn't particularly engaged and was on a phone call while he was setting up my x-ray. I don't expect first class service or anything but it did seem like he could have paid more attention to what he was doing instead of being on the phone ;)

I love Dr.K and the staff is always very sweet. Though, at my last appt., there seemed to be a lot of tension in the office. (nurses weren't bringing stuff to the doctor and instead just talking to each other) but other than that it was great!

I had some reservations with the therapist being the only one to do the therapy because of Medicare. After the start only a week into therapy she was out for
a week which in my case put me behind 2 visits and then when I had only 1 more visit she wanted to just forget it. I felt like I didn't matter, I wish I could of had a straight 6 weeks with 2 visits a week. As of now I'm still not confident with my progress, also some times I felt ignored during therapy. It seemed other patients got more attention, women mostly. It's just the way I feel, sorry
other then that I like the Doctor and the expert treatment I got.

Dr. Franson is the only podiatrist I will see. He is so personable and such a caring doctor. I always feel like he makes time for me and my family. His scooter was a lifesaver when my mom broke her heel. He is a fabulous doctor, very skilled, and always performs high quality care. Highly recommend!!
