To further solve my issue, Dr. Franson allowed me to go home and get my orthotics and come back and he would re-adjust while I wait and see if that would solve the problem I was having. Taking time out of his busy schedule to do this was commendable. There did seem to be an issue between the front desk communicating with the back office staff that I had returned though. But overall great service!

your staff and physician made every attempt to make my daughter feel comfortable and answered EVERY question she had. We will very much refer to your facility to friends and family! Thank you very much...

You need a phone in your El Segundo office. it's so inconvenient not being able to call if you're running late or if you need to change your appointment. I don't like going through the Santa Monica office. At least get a dedicated cell phone.

The woman who showed me how do to my stretches didn't know why the sheet of paper suggested doing them first thing in the morning. I would have felt more confident had she known that.

The doctor I initially had my appointment with went to get a colleague of his to weigh in o what he thought was going on with me which I liked. I'd rather have someone not be certain of the answer, ask for a second opinion and feel like I have a team working with me rather than make up an answer he's not sure of and I don't get the care I need.
