Our visit with Dr Baravarian was great, he took his time to explain the injury and to give instructions for recovery, he was also quick to answer my questions by email, we felt very confident we saw the right Doctor.

I’m still waiting for insurance payments for physical therapy that I had in February from a December surgery. I also need more visits approved and I cannot request them, only UFAI can. I don’t know if the problem lies with UFAI or the insurance company but I’ve called both to no avail. Insurance states that I’ve used up my visits since I also had shoulder surgery but they tell me that it’s easy to get more; the medical facility just needs to request them with a letter of medical necessity. Then they will also pay the back visits. I’ve gotten no feedback from either as to where the hang up is. I’m afraid now that since it’s been so long that they’ll deny more visits and won’t pay the ones I owe.

I've been inquiring about a billing issue since January. I've spoken to someone six times regarding this issue, (three times in the office and three times with your billing department.), with no resolve. Your billing office could use some help.

Dr. Renkar Was really wonderful doctor. She was attentive, patient and kind. She attended to my foot infection right away and treated it. I had a lot of anxiety and she relieved all my concerns with her good bedside manner. I was healing in no time with her medical attention and guidance. I highly recommend her. I am so grateful to have such a great podiatrist.

I am 72 years old and had double foot surgery in March. I am walking 1 1/2 miles a day, including doing half of it backwards for therapy. I plan to be back to running in a month or 2. My surgeries were very successful.

I hope to have another appointment with Dr. Baravarian since the issue with my foot has not been resolved. I am setting up an appointment for acupuncture and will be back in touch with the office after I discover the results of that treatment. Thankyou. Jacqueline Craven

I have noticed a change in staff over the last 5 months. many left who were also students learning on the job. Now most appear not to be students in training but long experienced assistants with Dr. Baravarian, my doctor. The care is much better now because these workers are experienced and have worked with the doctor for years. I do understand people need training on the job but the delivery of care and expertise was not on the same level as it is now. Previously, I had an appointment in March, and someone didn't show up for work and they were understaffed and I was asked to reschedule.
