Great Dr's, receptionists, and Dr's assistants and MRI techs. They helped me a lot. Good to have 2 offices one in Sherman Oaks and one in Santa Monica. That way the Valleyites don't have to travel so far.

I went on a hiking trip in Seattle and got a wood sliver deep in my foot from a walk on the beach. After 2 weeks of event work and continued infection, I saw a general MD but he insisted I see a podiatrist. That same day I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Redkar in Beverly Hills. After days of worry and anxiety, she was able to fully treat me that same day. She was kind and truly relieved all my medical concerns. She did a small procedure and ordered antibiotics and I was on my way to healing. I also had a follow up visit with at her Olympic blvd. The staff at UFAI were all friendly and helpful at both offices. Plus, the cost of services was affordable. Dr. Redkar was wonderful and has a great bedside manner. I highly recommend her. If you have any issues regarding your feet, this is the place to go. Big thanks to Dr. Redkar! I am back to my everyday yoga practice.

Dr. Franson is a great podiatrist and doctor. The office is super friendly they always have just the right treatment for what I need. I highly recommend this practice our whole family has been coming here and had nothing but good results.

My heel pain is back but not quite as intense as before. I don't want to get another Cortisone shot though, as the shot was much more painful than the heel pain. I'd rather live limping than go through that again. If my heel gets progressively worse I'll give the doctor a call.

Lexie (Alexis) carried on a great conversation while taking care of my toes. Her ministrations were careful, yet quick. Where Dr. Fransom was quick and efficient, Lexie was efficient and pleasant. The conversation was steady and distracting. Both are highly recommended, and, I will return!

I’m very happy with my doctor so lucky to have found him.
The only problem I have is at the end when I need letter for my work it becomes a problem. That creates problem with my manager. I know staff are busy but they could take a second to discuss about my restrictions letter.
Hope next month I won’t have problems.

For new/first time patients, offer to email them the patient forms so they can print them at home, fill them out and bring them already completed. It's easier to provide some of that info ( name of medications being taken, dosage, etc.) if you can access the bottles. Hard to know some of that info by heart when completing the forms in your waiting area. Also, I wasn't called in for about 30 minutes after my appt. time - that shouldn't happen.

Dr Franson answered every question i had and discussed options i have to better my situation. Lexi did the plaster mold of my feet for my new orthodics and is very knowledgable and answered questions i had too. Although i had a couple more questions for her. Also, the Xray machine was down but someone on the staff fixed it and got it running so that i was able to get the xrays of my left foot which were very important to visually see more problems i have in my foot. Dr Franson and i discussed future options i have to improve some of the issues with my feet. I was very pleased with everyone in that office and i am happy with the information and help i received.
