UFAI is just the best. There couldn’t be a better doctor than Dr. Cater or a better human being.

All the personnel working in PT are all skilled and knowledgeable
people. They are a joy to be around.

Cheli (or Shelly) in Scheduling (who also handles Disability) is really thorough and professional. The woman at reception at the Sherman Oaks office is always cheerful and helpful. I'm very happy with Dr. Bob and have already recommended him.

Dr. Franson and his staff are the best. Jennifer is so great, and was very nice with her care in removing the casts and the stitches. Dr. Franson always takes time to explain procedures and answer questions. I would not go anywhere else!

Dr Shin had changed his office location since my previous visit, and I wasn't notified in advance. However, this could have been due to my malfunctioning cell phone. Overall, I am very satisfied with, and grateful, for Dr Shin and his staff.

Nerve damage from entering the exact same spot the surgeon before entered. There is a big scar there and if I touch that area a little electric spark goes through my foot. Thankfully, the functionality is fine. Just having been double or triple scoped in the exact same spot may be a bad idea for future patients. Always go in gentle and in a spot where another surgeon had not damaged it already in the past. Overall dr. Carter is probably the best at diagnosing and also performance. Minus the one issue of knicking a surface nerve.

I had sought out a podiatrist when we first moved here, this office was the third.

The doctor who saw me last time was not near as caring and pleasant as Dr. Volkmann who had treated me in the past. Dr. Franson was very short and barely spoke to me and ignored my complaints that he was hurting me. Additionally when he finished with me he gave me no followup directions etc.

I got a bill for two $160 appointments and my copay is supposed to be $55 per appointment. I was never made aware there was an issue with my insurance, the office sent me the large bill without notifying me of any issues. I contacted my insurance to help me correct the bill.

Even though it may be a small clerical error, it makes me feel like they're trying to rip me off and capitalize on my potential absent-mindedness. I essentially had to do the work they were supposed to.

I wish every doctor's office I went to was as efficient, professional and friendly as the staff at your office.
Also, I can't say enough wonderful compliments about Dr. Franson. He is the perfect doctor for me.
I don't live close to Valencia but coming to your office is always worth the trip.

I was an avid hiker until I got side tracked with Hallux rigidus. I spent a few years researching solutions, but it wasn’t until I met with Dr. Franson that I felt I had the confidence to move forward. My left MTPJ fusion went great and I just had my right done a few weeks ago! The staff are great! Very friendly and competent. I’m really looking forward to getting back on the trail!

I know I am in the best care however Sometimes I feel very rushed in my appt. It makes me panic to try to think of all my questions and inevitably I forget some. That is honestly something I HATE when going to dr office.
It’s the only thing I would complain about and if I recommended Dr Baravarian to someone I would just tell that person to be ultra prepared when going into the office.

Dr. Carter fixed what 2 other surgeons failed to do. Removing metal, and actually cleaning up the cartilage and ligament damage. Whereas the surgeons before hand left me immobilized and only took care of the bone break. Bones heal, but the ligaments and what not need serious treatment right off the bat. Luckily I was helped. Only issue is that now when I touch the entry point of the scope, I get an electric spark throughout my foot. So maybe some minor surface level nerve damage.
