Dr. Abrams sent me a medical release form so that my file can be sent to Dr. Franson. I filled it out and returned it to the address he specified. But then, he indicated that Dr. Yoo would be taking over my file. I'll try to straighten this out but please be aware that I'm trying to get my file sent to Dr. Franson.

I appreciate that the doctor took the time to explain everything to me despite it being a pretty common, well-known issue. I'm happy he recommended exercises to prevent further damage and make it clear the extreme treatment would be avoided at all costs.

We thought our current situation was well addressed as the clinic was able to effectively repair the nearly new orthotic that had come apart. What would be helpful is since we are patients who come in very rarely, that some communication about when it will be necessary to come back is better outlined. We initiated this appointment to get the orthotic since it had been some years since we last went before this year, and thought it necessary to have Eric's progress be looked at. Currently, we do not have any information about when or if it is necessary to do this again next year or check in the year after, etc. We thank you for the service provided otherwise by your clinic, and maybe an e-mail or automated reminder would help. Disappointed there are not more options for aging toenails with fungus that works. I’m thinking of going to another podiatrist that may offer laser treatment for toenail fungus or if you offered that, though expensive, a payment schedule that would be more affordable.

Dr Franson is amazing patient personable and empathetic. I have sent many friends to him .

Front desk lady doesn't follow through on requests when needing paperwork for filing extra supplemental insurance I had requested more than twice and still not provided with documentation .
The young lady sits and appears to hide and is not visible to patients . I challenge you to sit in waiting room and look at the desk and all you will see is computers and screen of stuff that makes her unvisable

Dr Briskin is the best. When my husband broke a bone in his foot he was not a happy camper. But from the initial office visit (great that Dr Briskin has some office hours in the south bay) to the surgery and followup visits the foot is healing nicely. Appreciate that Dr Briskin has done several x-rays to make sure the bone is healing properly. Wouldn*t hesitate to refer him to family and friends

Dr. Franson not only took over my husbands care for a foot wound that was very stubborn in healing, he virtually saved his life with a surgery that stopped an infection that had become systemic. His bedside manner is impeccable and his listening skills are rare in the medical field. He pays attention to every detail and as a patient or family member you are not only consulted you are included in your care. If Yelp gave out 10 Stars Dr. Franson would get all of those and more. I could not give he and his staff a higher rating. I just wish he took care of more than feet! Rest easy; your feet could not be in better hands.

Scheduled my appointment 1 week ahead in Valencia office so I wouldn't be double booked, arrived on time and was kept waiting 20 minutes while I watched 2 other patients who arrived after me get called back. Asked receptionist what was going on and she didn't know (mind you, I had already checked with her at 10 minutes past my appointment time so she knew I was waiting). She calls in back and tells me they're waiting for an exam room to be free - because they totally forgot about me! Then she asks me if I want to reschedule! Didn't even offer an apology for their mistake. I just walked out and will find another podiatrist with a front office staff that can manage patient flow correctly.
