    I don’t have any additional comments, I’m satisfied with my physical therapy.
    My only comment isnt about the therapy, its about the phone system. I find it odd that you are not able to communicate directly with the office to reschedule an appointment or even leave a message.

    Everything went great, maybe next time let the patient know ahead of time- no jewelry. I had just gotten a new piercing and could not remove the earrings; if I had known I wouldn’t have gotten them done (3 weeks prior) and would have waited. Also the nurse made it seem as if she was giving me a ‘free pass’ by not making me remove them which was a little annoying.

    I was applying for the Temp Parking pass. I didn't know how to do it, I tried to do it via the computer. I spoke to the gal handling and she didn't seem to know how either (although later she said she told me and I insisted on doing via email). I asked her if she could check with some one in the office. This is a foot doctor and surely they did many before. Anyway it took way longer and a very troubled path. Erica's handling I felt was not up to par. When I said I could pick it up about 1+ weeks later 12:30pm after she told I NOW couldn't do it via email, I was unaware the office closed at 1pm. Just too many things going on. I get to the office at 1pm and it was closed and had to now wait another hour. I would think if you have an appointment close to closing time it would be up to the receptionist to remind the caller..."WE close for lunch at 1pm, so make sure you get here by then) That's my take. I like the doctor very much and I like his system, no problem there, just this one employee who I felt is "not on top of things in a service driven field. Thank you for this request.

    I was disappointed that after surgery my foot discomfort did not improve I understand that there are other things that are involved but I might not have done it had I known
