I was not supposed to be charged for the Jan pickup of my orthotics. (The appt to get my orthotics fitted/made was in Dec 2017.) Dr. Briskin specifically assured me of that. Yet my insurance was billed and paid out. At this juncture it’s fine, but if I ever receive a bill for what the insurance company did not cover I will have serious issues and will insist that that amount be cleared from the books.

The care Dr Baravarian and his team provided me was simply the best. His diagnosis, surgery and follow up have resulted in my feeling better and being able to be more active than I have been in 7 years. I can't thank them enough.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay extra money eventhough my copay is $70. They made me pay $300.00 which is not ok when I checked with my insurance. So it’s most likely that I won’t be back. I have been to 10 specialists on month of January and no one asked me to pay extra except your office.

I trusted the doctor and believed his diagnosis and recommendations. However, I felt rushed. If I hadn’t asked specific questions and for a specific diagnosis I don’t think I would’ve understood his conclusions.

Dr Baravarian and the team at UFAI are simply the best. I am 53 and very active.
