I'm a new patient at UFAI. So far, my experiences have been great. The front staff is friendly and accommodating. I wish the waiting room was a little larger, as it can get quite tight in there. I'm very please with Dr. Hoda and the care she has provided.

Dr. Jafary is a very caring Podiatrist, and I am fortunate to have him as my attending physician. Ever since my first visit with an infected Toe nail, all my visits have been successful and pleasant outcome.
The staff has always been cooperative and helpful with arranging future appointments that are convenient for me.

Dr. Johnson was very attentive to my issues and gave me multiple alternatives and treatment options.
Although I went in hoping for surgery and quick fix, Dr. Johnson assured me that is was his policy to start conservatively and never schedule surgery on the first visit.
His conservative treatment has actually releaved my issues and I am extremely happy.
I highly recommend him.

I have to have another Bunion Surgery on my left foot this time, and Dr. Jafary knows, I “need” to be able to wear @ least my three (3) inch high heels and we are all good that’s all I ASK???
He knows!!! He’s an excellent doctor, along with the Nurses and Jennifer too, they’re very kind, caring and professional, love your Staff.

It would have been helpful to try the boot on before the surgery with your staff. I also would have appreciated the open socks that I was given at my post op at the time of the surgery or given to me ahead of time with the boot. My bandages were applied very tightly not sure if that was necessary but it certainly made things more uncomfortable for me.

My experience went reletively well. However, I didn't have any discussion about my ongoing condition. I thought it was because of decisions made by the company management. It appears the doctor is limited,as to the amount of time they are allowed to spend with each patient, ie. an assembly line, versus each patient getting adequate attention.
In the past, the cotton placed on the treatment areas was always warm.
During my last two visits the cotton was not warm and it was not on my feet long enough to allow the skin to soften, prior to the doctor entering
to complete the treatment.

Every time I come in the front desk ladies greet me by name and are so personable. Dr. Jafary, of course, goes over and above to make sure to listen to what is going on with my feet and to explain the different options available to me. I have recommended him to many.
