Dr. Franson has provided me with comprehensive care of my badly torn ankle ligaments. The MRI, ankle stabilizer, regular visits, and physical therapy have worked together to help strengthen my ankle. I am glad I was able to see Dr. Franson for this major injury.

I went to University Foot and Ankle because they have many technical medical tools to address foot and ankle problems. Dr. Briskin diagnosed and treated my problem on my first visit. The treatment was effective and enduring. He is also very skillful in toenail trimming. Toe nail trimming may not seem like a big deal, but he was more effective than a previous doctor.

The appointment was made via the online form and it was annoying that everything I put in on the form didn’t transcribe over to the appointment rep who called me. I had to walk through everything again. It was also annoying having to answer the series of questions relayed to Covid. It was a bit overkill to say the least.

The time to get in the office was quick , the staff was lovely and the doctor was great. He was sincere and engaging. The questionnaire on the iPad seemed excessive for a podiatrist visit. I’m not sure all of those questions are relevant for this type of visit. I understand some diseases and skeletal issues impact feet but the questions could probably do with a review to see if any can be removed.

The scan for an orthopedic insert was ridiculously easy ( wow technology ) and Checkout was a breeze.

I would recommend this office to anyone.

My whole experience was positive. The office staff were very friendly. The wait times were minimal. The doctor and the doctors staff were very professional. My problem was quickly diagnosed and treated effectively. I would not hesitate to refer family and friends.

Most of my experience has been with the physical therapy guy, Gray O'Brian, who is very good. My visit with Dr. Baravarian was very brief and I'm still waiting for the promised orthopedics to come in before I see hi again.

The staff and Dr Johnson were friendly prompt and professional. Very much appreciated Dr Johnson and his slow approach to addressing my foot pain. I don’t want to jump to therapy and his suggestions to try different options before we go to surgery is much appreciated. Nice calm atmosphere in the office too.
