Dr Johnson and his staff are exceptional! I am so incredibly thankful to have them in Santa Barbara, as my trips down to L.A. locations were a hardship on us. Dr Johnson was totally knowledgeable about my very painful foot issue, provided an immediate solution that has worked for months now, and was professional, caring, and friendly! A wonderful combination of exceptional care and awesome customer service! Thank you so much, Dr Johnson, and an enthusiastic welcome to Santa Barbara!

Easy to make appointment/ not much of a wait (although it would be WORTH IT) I can't imagine going anywhere else - been here for 18+ years

Dr. Nalbandian is knowledgeable about cutting edge treatment for my condition and explained things well. She was receptive and was empathetic to my needs and requests.
The office credit card machine seems to always have issues. Seems like an outdated deliverable. It would be nice to pay online before my visit or have the option to pay my co-pay online.
The office staff are always really kind.

Dr. Johnson saved me from so much pain no matter what shoes I wore. Starting with removing the painful callouses then onto new orthotics.
He patiently helped me choose shoes that were appropriate for my feet (which also affects by back)!! I have full confidence in Dr. Johnson!!

Dr. Gina is very very nice, caring and professional. She is friendly and makes her patients feel comfortable.

I love the entire staff who is always polite and nice. Dr. Franson is highly professional and knowledgeable, he always shows care and interest in his patients. I already recommended Dr. Franson to a few of my friends.

The custom made shoe inserts are very helpful. My one complaint is that the office told me I could come by and a technician would fit them (I was busy in court as a judge), but when I got there, I was told doctor had to fit. Doctor. Bob not there. I just took the inserts.

Dr Franson took the time to look at my toe and made sure it was healing correctly. When he cut my toe nail down he said it wouldn’t hurt but it was really painful. Loved the fact that you don’t require masks anymore and the front desk was really nice and efficient etc

Dr. Franson and his staff are terrific; Dr. Franson is not only a highly skilled surgeon, but he's a really nice guy. All doctors say they care about their patients, just as everyone who goes to the dentist promises they've been flossing. But Dr. Franson doesn't have to say he cares, he shows it. I feel very fortunate to be his patient.

Dr. Fransen and the entire staff are always very professional. He is the only person that has been able to help me with my toenail that I have been trying to grow for 10 years. I always recommend him to my friends and family. I thank everyone for giving me hope when I thought there was no hope left!
