When I first started treatment with you I did not know that my insurance covered it. Your office pointed that out to me! My understanding was my need was the deciding factor in the time between treatment. I do need to come at least every 8 weeks but the secretary told-me a much longer period to satisfy the insurance company . Please check with them to see where I stand with this. The institute provides excellent customer service. I want to shout our Dr. Breskin for getting me an appt. with his colleague, Dr. Franson, so quickly so I could get surgery done on my ankle. It was important for me to get it addressed quickly. So far the results have been very good.

I was a bit taken aback that the first thing Dr Jafari said to me was that I would develop bunions. I was there for a broken foot. I would’ve preferred he dealt with the reason I was there, and then address something that he said would happen in 5-10 years. Otherwise, he was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable.

Dr. Johnson was excellent. I appreciated that he took time to listen to what I was experiencing, ran tests to help determine exactly what the problem was, and provided immediate and lasting medical treatment. I have been in pain over a year, and while some of the treatment may be short term, it has provided me with much needed relief that I can enjoy walking and hiking again.

Dr. Franson is the best doctor. He never makes me feel as if he is rushed and truly listens to my complaints and addresses my fears. I know I am in great hand and trust Dr. Franson implicitly. From the front desk to the treatment room, all are professional and courteous

The new orthodics have now made my knee knee painful (no pain previous to wearing them) when I am already having trouble with my right leg. So I can’t wear them. Just a lot of pain since my bunion operation last mid March.
