Thank you to everyone at this clinic that assisted with Dr. Boehm's toes and feet situation! It is exceptionally difficult to keep up with someone who used to be the chief scientist for research at the DoJ. Getting him to do what he normally would prior to the pandemic has been an incredible challenge. Everyone at this clinic was so kind, understanding and patient. At this point, he will only listen to medical professionals regardless of obvious neglect. Thank you again to everyone!

I felt like I was just another routine person - she didn't really greet me or look up at me. I've been to offices where the receptionist was soooo welcoming and caring. I find your people haven't been whenever I come there. I think they're bored with their jobs and need to be replaced with people who love people. (I've been a receptionist and I know how extremely important this job is - that's the first person one meets in an office. I can tell who loves their job and who can't wait to go home and get way from all these people.)
The fellow who brought me into the exam room on the other hand was lovely. He answered all my questions and was very pleasant.

There are only a couple of things I was unhappy with.

1. I was never told about the option for purchasing a waterproof boot cover until I had failed at using a trash bag. As a result, I had to arrange a ride to the Santa Monica office to rebandage my foot.

2. The receptionists are not very friendly and therefore give a negative first impression to patients. One of them continually wears her mask under her nose instead of covering it.

Otherwise, my experience with Dr. Baravarian and his technician as a positive one.

Dr Jafary is awesome and very thorough. I have no complaints! :) Had stem cell injected into my foot. They allowed me to bring in my husband as I was being a cry baby. Thank you everyone so much! I would refer anyone to this office and Dr Jafary!
