I was seen on time, had my temperature taken and proceeded to the exam room, where I was very quickly joined by Dr. Franson. Dr. Franson is so friendly and very competent. I felt that Covid protocols were being closely followed for the safety and health of everyone.

I was concerned because the front desk staff was not wearing their masks as they should have been. One of them had her mask under her Nose and the other one did not have it completely covering her face the whole time. Considering that this is the Patient’s initial contact with the office I think they gave a bad first impression and I was not comfortable.

Dr Franson and his staff are amazing! Front the front desk check in, to the assistants and the doctor himself, I have always received amazing, prompt care. Always super friendly and efficient- I love that you aren’t stuck waiting for hours for your scheduled appointment. My husband is so impressed with the practice he recently had a procedure done as well.

I felt very comfortable with my care on the last visit and all previous visits or I would no longer continue to visit UFAI. I have been with my particular MD for many years and will continue with him as long as he has a a practice

Dr. Franson and his entire team are very friendly and professional. They took great care of me from the first consultation through surgery and post op. They made me feel welcome to reach out with any questions any time, day or night. Can't say enough good things about Dr. Franson and the entire team.

I'm very satisfied. I never had to wait, they got me right in. Since I'm a cash payer I was surprised about the super fair pricing for this doctor and location. He also did an MRI the same day and called me right away with options. He didn't try to tell me I have to do this or that to get more money out of me, he said I should wait for another month and it prob will heal on it's own. Also said injections might make it worse later on. Very clean office! I immediately felt great over there and told my friend, who suffers from foot pain since NYE to go over there, she's coming from Studio City just to see him. I went through the reviews before I saw the doctor but I can't say anything negative. Everyone was nothing but friendly and it wasn't crowded with patients. They really organize their appointments well. Highly recommend seeing this doctor if u have issues with your foot and ankle.

Great Experience. Doctor Bob has helped me through 3 ankle surgeries and has helped me get back to normal as well as to get back into sports again. Very grateful for the service! Good care and he definitely knows what he is doing.

I really like UFAI, because they are professional, they care, they are prompt and fast about your requests, and Dr. Franssen was amazing, friendly and professional and did a great surgery on my toe to remove the spurs. I highly recommand them!

I have had the best experience with Dr. Jafary. I based my initial contact solely on reviews and he is just as outstanding as the reviews I read. I have been well taken care of throughout my foot issues.
