Usually excellent. Only one time I came for an early 7:00a. m. Appointment and arrived a few minutes early. The door was locked. I think the staff came at seven or a few minutes later. I was just so shocked that I could make it a few minutes early (after driving almost thirty minutes) and the staff wasn’t a few minutes early to unlock the door. Only happened once.

I am very happy to have been treated by Dr. Redkar. She informed me of the nature of my problem how to care for it. I feel she is thorough. A plus is that she is very pleasant and listens. Also my wait was very short.

I arrived on time and was soon taken to the examination room, after the staff followed health protocol, taking my temperature.
When Dr. Franson came into the room, he was his usual friendly self. He treated my feet and I was on my way.
This office is very clean and I feel safe there, as Covid protocol is being followed in all areas. Even before Covid, this office was very clean.
Checkout was a breeze, as I made my next appointment.
The entire staff is friendly and professional.

The care/attention I received was excellent. I would recommend this location. The only area of improvement is that when I call, I tend to get routed to a central call center and then I have to leave a message for the Valencia location...I am not sure if this is normal.

Doctor Framson offered me a Stem cell shot option to my problem which I liked.
It was all done in the first visit and also was out of there quickly which also Liked a lot.
I appreciate the knowledge and quick response to all member of his staff.
I would like to know the name of the Stem cell shot I received that's all.

I am very satisfied with the service I received. Every time I have gone, I have been seen promptly. The reception staff is always very friendly , and dr. Franson is very attentive to his patient's questions, needs and concerns.
