The supporting team was patient, explained what's to come, uploaded my CD's with care, made sure I recieved it all back. All matters that make the stressful visit of someone who is experiencing chronic pain that much easier. Greatly appreciated.

I really like Dr Bob and his nurse/assistant. I scheduled surgery with him. Office parking in Sherman oaks is not the friendly. One woman in the waiting room was unhinged and yelling at people. I found that very upsetting.

The staff was great. It just takes a bit longer to even get in as you have to call and wait outside to be let in. If they don't pick up the phone, you have to keep calling to get a person and then wait to be let inside.

My experience with Dr. Franson and his staff has always been very professional and personable on every appointment that I've had in the past. I would recommend Dr. Franson to family and friends for foot care.

It would be extremely hard to find a better doctor, doctors office or staff that take care of you at doctor Franson's office. He has all of the top of line equipment including an X-ray tech and machine. Everything is done in-house so there's know reason to go anywhere else.

I always feel like I am the only patient there. Their attention and focus is on me when I am being treated. The staff is always polite and very helpful. They anticipate the help I will need so I don't have to ask to do this or that. They explain all the medical treatments and terms in a way that a layperson can understand and their demeanor always let me know that they are caring and that there is a concern for me ....if only while I am there...which is fine. I feel very confident that whatever Dr. Franson suggests or recommends in the way of treatment or therapy is in my best interest. He is always sensitive to my sesitivities, and allows enough time that I don't feel rushed or that any corners are cut. He answers all my questions completely and with a comprehensive knowledge of the injury to my foot and legs. He has had innovative solutions and methods that have proved to be effective in resolving to a certain extent, my malady. I would recommend Dr. Franson to any of my friends that had need of his expertise.
