Dr. Saeedi is exceptional. He takes great care and makes you feel very comfortable. I really felt like he took time to make sure that I understood everything clearly and he answered all my questions. He listened to everything I said carefully too and respected my feelings about my situation and what I had been through before coming to him. He also took a lot of consideration when helping me figure out a treatment that would be best for me. I think he's a really good doctor and I am lucky to have been under his care.

Dr. Briskin was great, and the staff were even better. However I was not comfortable with the social distancing in the waiting room and would be hesistant to return except for a health crisis, which is why I gave a rating of 7 instead of 10.

When I went in for a follow up appointment on 4/22/20, mid corona crisis, I was surprised that you were not limiting the number of people in your waiting room. There were far too many of us, and it was awkward. I discussed it with Dr.Briskin and he shared my concerns. I have not been back since, and I can only hope you have taken more appropriate measures to ensure proper social distancing in your waiting room.

The staff was all knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. There's one minor thing (super high-maintenance, I know) that I'd suggest:

Close the doors. I noticed there's a culture of leaving the exam room doors open before the exam. I saw other patients waiting in their rooms as I walked in, and others looked at me when I was sitting there with my foot raised. It also happened when I was getting my CT scan...I was standing there for a few minutes (door open) with the lead shield on and a random woman walked by and said, "oh, that looks heavy." It's really not a big deal but it's just a little awkward. I'd feel more comfortable if you closed the door until Dr. Bob was ready to see me/do the test.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my time with UFAI. I've always been treated with care and respect, but since the COVID-19 pandemic has started they have been truly exemplary in how they have managed their services to always put my safety first, while also continuing to provide the same excellent service as always.

My appointment was cancelled during pandemic. Despite all staff insisting that I was cont acted, I was not, and drove to the appointment that was cancelled. A simple sorry for your onconvenience would have gone a long way. Instead all I got was an insistance that a "message" was left for me.

I have been going to see Dr. Saeedi for a few months now at the downtown location to deal with tailor bunion. Without hesitation, I can honestly say, Dr. Saeedi provides the best doctor- patient care I have ever experienced. I feel as though I am being greeted by an old friend every time I walk in, starting with the front desk to Dr. Saeedi, himself, who really goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, welcome, and fixes my issues with great follow up suggestions to always improve. He treats each patient with the utmost care, patience, and professionalism, I have seen this firsthand with how he handles others.

I would highly recommend 10/10.

It was amazing to me that during the very onset of Covid when everything was so unsure I got personal texts from Dr. Bavarian. I really appreciated it because I was concerned about my infected foot.
P.S. the Steelers surgical cap was a great touch on the day of surgery! Thank you Dr. Baravarian.
