I don't love the credit card policy although I totally understand it. It would be great if you submitted it to insurance first before charging the card. Those of us fortunate enough to have great insurance would appreciate it being used first.

Gary is great. Really like him. Wait time is a bit long. It was not made clear to me whether I needed to make a follow up appointment. I got a copy of my xrays because I still have significant pain in the big toe and I've had success with cortizone injections, so wanted to take the xrays to that doctor so I could get a shot. I think Gary was saying short of surgery there was nothing that could be done, which caused me to go elsewhere for relief. When I got the records they read that I would ice for a week and see how that goes. Which led me to believe he may have wanted to see me again but I'm still not sure. My impression was there was no solution short of surgery....which I want to avoid. I may try PRP or cortizone. Maybe you can clarify.

Dr. Briskin is making every effort to keep me walking comfortably with orthotics to avoid surgery. His friendly, clear explanations are very helpful and greatly appreciated.

There was a little confusion when I came in b/c i had cancelled an MRI and it didn't seem to show in my records so I had to inform the assistant about that and explain what didn't seem to be recorded in the files...
