Dr. Carter encompasses all the invaluable traits that make him a great Doctor; compassion, knowledge, relatability, sincerity, honorability. Hopefully these qualities will rub off on a seasoned Doctor who places money before the wellbeing of the practice’s pstients.

Dr. Baravarian is so awesome, but it doesn't stop there. The whole staff is so caring, professional and knowledgeable. The entire practice is so pleasant and there is very little wait for the doctors, who are all so great with a fantastic bedside manner. Even the physical therapy group is so helpful. I have recommended this practice to many friends and family.

I think x-rays should be shown & explained in greater depth with the patient to allow for us asking more questions. Instead of doc just talking with intern/shadow doc about it like the patient isn't there.

The only problem: the person who booked me in should have been told to take an X ray of my foot. Dr. Briskin was 45 minutes late and when he came to examining room - no XRay. Back to Square One. I was so delayed that day I missed a subsequent appointment. Two hours for a fifteen minute appointment.
I am NOT criticizing the care.

This is the Podiatrist that my insurance company recommends. I've been here three times and I've never had a problem and always get into my appointment in a timely manner. The staff are professional and considering that they work with my insurance company that's a big plus. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend this office in Santa Monica on  Wilshire Boulevard.

I was glad to have found the University Foot & Ankle Institute as I was having trouble with a bone spur that needed attention. Dr. Franson located at the Valencia Office met with me and was very thorough. I also like to mention the online portal which allows messaging to the Doctor. Dr. Franson responded right away anytime I had a question via the portal. Great staff too.

Is there any chance whatsoever that you NOT send me anymore of this ****. If I have a complaint I'll let you know. Otherwise everything is fine.

The cleanliness of the patient rooms could be improved. Particularly the big workshop-like tool chests. They have major amounts of gunk on them and it makes me queasy to think what could possibly be on them. Not what you want to see in a doctor's office. Everything else seems great - nice staff all around!

I always think that I am treated very professional and with care. Dad I feel I am listen to 1I ask questions and my questions are always answered and just I'm always respected and I would always recommend people coming there in fact I've recommended people to come to you guys already

I’ve received excellent, considerate, efficient, personalized care. I had no pain with my surgery. I’m waiting for my next appointment to see what the outcome will be but the initial post op X-rays were beautiful. I’m very happy with my care.
