I see Dr. Bob in Sherman Oaks. If it wasn't for him I really wouldn't be able to walk. I have bad arthritis in my ankles and feet. I have seen several doctors regarding my problems but NO ONE was able to help me or understand how to help me or have the knowledge of how to help me. Dr. Bob is intelligent, calm, and funny. He makes sure you understand what he's going to do before surgery and what's going to happen after surgery. If he see's you feel anxious or nervous he takes the time to calm you down. Bottom Line after he listens to you regarding your ailment and after thoroughly examining you he knows exactly what you need and what to do. If you gives you some cork lifts or a boot or something else it is for your health and he always knows exactly what he's doing. He's honest and very intelligent. He's an amazing surgeon my ankles are attached and I am able to walk. He's had to do numerous surgeries on my feet because of all my problems. I trust him and highly recommend him. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I received great service from the staff, and the surgery was very convenient and professional . Dr Bob (Baravian) did an amazing job repairing my ankle. I am active, pain-free, and able to enjoy my shoe collection again ... Dr Bob has me in heels again, comfortably!

Remarkable staff, courteous, efficient and kind.  Dr. Bob has been wonderful in taking care of me for what up until now has been an ongoing chronic problem.  But we are beginning to see light at the end of the tunnel!

I'm an R.A patient and I was 24 yrs old when I was diagnosed so I developed feet deformities due to my illness. the joint damage was so severe that I could no longer wear normal  shoes all I was able to wear was a lousy pair of stretchy sandals and the pain was unbearable,I hated to walk.I found Dr.Baravarian in the internet and made an appointment a few weeks later.

After Dr.Baravarian examined  my feet he explained to me that because I  waited so long to have this problem fixed,he had to perform bone fusion and remove some severally damage joints.

 I had enough with this problem so I decided to go for it .
He   performed surgery on both my feet, one at a time.I do have to say the healing process was a little lengthily but it's one of the best decisions I have ever made.I'm just thrilled with the great results .

Thanks to Dr.Baravarian (one of the best doctors I have encountered,not  to mention a good and compassionate human being ) and his great staff I can walk pain free and  finally wear cute shoes again.

Sometimes it feels as if Dr. Baravarian is quick to move on to the next patient and not fully listening. The "students' trailing him can be confusing, and he doesn't always introduce who is in the room.

I think more time with doctor was needed. I do not need multiple examinations by 4 different people. He suggested a CBD ointment, which I had, just needed to search for the tube. I found it last week, and it was definitely a difference maker.
Interesting California advice!

Excellent doctors and tech support persons. However the only suggestion would have been for receptionist to let me know as a new patient to come an hour before appointment to fill out online mandatory health questions .

The problem is trying to get an appointment after my first visit I had a follow up appointment which I had to cancel as I had an accident that day my friend finally managed to get another appointment on 11/19 when we got there were informed that they had no record of me and no Dr. was available i do not want to complain but in addition to my original problems I developed some very painful toe problems I went to urgent care and was told to follow up with you specially as I am Diabetic I am supposed to take care of my feet so another look might be helpful i am also 78 years old and do not get around so well anymore and my friend has to take me to your office which involved taking time off from work and for what I am still in pain, well you asked my first visit with Dr.Johnson was perfect but since then I received no help

The only thing that really bothered me was the lady who was working the front desk . Being that it was my first time at the office , she was rude and didn’t communicate very well .

When I would ask her a few questions she had a sarcastic answers .

Not only with me but with everyone else that was there that day .

Maybe she was having a rough day , I’m not sure but the rest of the staff was very pleasant .

I waisted a trip to the office for pick up. The girl who initially helped me insisted to sell me a pair larger than my size. I told her no, im an 8 &1/2. Not 9 %1/2.!

But the service of Paige and the other lady helping me wea Excellent service. Paige g I es beyond and above!

I love Dr. Nalbandian! She’s the way all doctors should be and I would recommend her to anyone.
The low score of 8 was for the clinic. I got horribly misled in my initial stage of trying to book with Dr. Nalbandian.
If Dr Nalbandian was not with the clinic I would def not be using your clinic.
