Doctor is in and out too fast. Didn't communicate what I needed for PT, so I didn't go. I can do PT at home, just need to know what to do. I've always been made well, so I'll keep coming back. Staff is fine.

The front desk people are friendly and the helpful. The med assistants very kind. Dr. B makes everything clear and is extremely caring. Very happy with the pre-op, surgery, and post-op care. Would recommend this office.

The receptionist/office person in Sherman Oaks didn’t follow up with my insurance company and essentially lied to me when she told me the delay was because you were waiting for a response from Blue Shield for surgery approval After a week, I called Blue Shield and no request had ever been been submitted I called and complained and asked to talk to the office manager who never called me back Within an hour I suddenly had the approval I don’t like being lied to It creates a lot distrust

Your computers were down, so the dr. didn't have access to my records and couldn't really update my condition. Every time I see him he seems to have a different take on what to do next. You also said you would call me to make another appointment (since the computers were down), but no one did so.

It was a very positive visit. Doctor Justin Franson was very straight to the point and knowledgeable about my condition and offered a surgery on my big toes to remove the calcium deposits.
My only concern is that I needed more time and had more questions about the surgery and my conditions. I will email the doctor to ask some questions before I go under the surgery.

Nurse and Doctors were great, awesome, cured me and explained how to care for my problem not to get it in future. The receptionist wasn’t that great, I’d say she was rather rude. But I would definitely come back to see your great doctors when in need!
