Here's where I'm at. 4 yrs ago I came to Dr Jafary with a broken foot and he and his team were amazing. Since then, insurance changed, he was no longer covered and my foot broke again, and I received the same amazing treatment. To today, still not covered now a broken tibia and I will still come here for his expertise, his staff but ultimately, this is my safe place and I know I will receive the best treatment out there. Thank you Dr Jafary and staff for making me always feel welcomed and so well taken care of.

Very good. Since being new to the area. If I had questions Dr Jafary didn’t rush me. He show concerns n was reassuring me. His personality n bedside manners were great. Always cheerful. I feel lucky that I have him for my Dr. I feel very comfortable w him. I would recommend this office.

My husband and I have been with Dr. Franson for well over 10 years. We both always feel comfortable under his care. The staff are all very professional and kind , and always make us feel comfortable as well.

I am only about half way done but so far I’m very pleased. The staff Jennifer, Stacy and (I’m so sorry I forgot the girls name who takes me to my room) they are all very pleasant. Dr. Franson gets a 10 as well. He listens, answers questions and so far his work is thumbs up.

My visit to the foot&ankle Institute, to be seen and evaluated by Dr.Franson was very productive, informative and was conducted in a very kind and thorough way, providing me with a hopeful prognoses.

What can I say? Dr.Franson and the entire staff at University Foot and Ankle Institute are the BEST! My surgery went flawlessly, and with minimal pain. I was off pain meds 2 days after surgery and I continue to heal from my right foot bunion surgery. Im so impressed, Ive scheduled my left foot which has minimum bunions protruding. Dr.Franson is patient, explains everything clearly and concisely and has a very pleasant demeanor. Even at the surgical center, I found the anesthesiologist very nice and calming, and all the nurses were very kind and compassionate. I always get a little nervous right before any kind of procedure requiring anesthesia and I felt completely safe and confident with everything and everyone. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!!

I absolutely have the most anxiety going to any doctor and put off going as much as possible but I couldn’t feel better about going here, every time I have been has been a 10/10 experience and I would recommend it to anyone. Fantastic experience for being at a Dr office

I appreciate being able to set an appointment, be seen on time in a professional setting, and have professionals tend to my foot an ankle needs.
Once you figure out how to put a needle in someone’s heel and not have it hurt, I will consider you miracle workers

Dr. Franson took care of my callus and did not rush the appointment. He made sure everything was taken care of before I left. The staff was very friendly and I’ve already recommended Dr. Franson to my friends.
