Dr Franson is an answer to my prayers. I switched from a different surgeon and health insurance plan so that he could do my surgery. He is up to date on the latest research. He is available to his patients. I have felt so confident in my treatment plan with him as my doctor. I will recommend him specifically to everyone I know.

Dr Franson is an excellent physician as well as a kind and caring gentleman. He not only listens to all my troubles and concerns, he gives ALL treatments available, not just most expensive. He truly listens and doesn't jump to conclusions. He has an exceptional bed side manner. I think so highly of him that I have also referred my husband and my daughter.

So far I have been very satisfied with Dr. Frantz and professionalism. I have a couple of more injections ahead of me and then probably surgery next year. I’ve only heard positive comments from former patient of his.

Office staff friendly, professional, caring, and efficient. Dr. Franson addressed my problem promptly and effectively treated my ailment effectively with minimal pain. He is a good Dr. And a good man whom I would recommend to others in need of a foot and ankle specialist.

Our family loves Dr. Franson and his staff. We are always well taken care of and his vast knowledge makes us very comfortable with his suggestions and recommendations. In addition, the scooter he designed which my son, Arrden (15 yoa) used for his broken foot, is absolutely incredible!!

The billing department held up ordering my much needed orthotics because they said I had a co-pay due. I called to find out how much and to tell them I'd come in and pay it but had to leave messages twice. What I got was an email of my Portal which wasn't a current bill.

When my husband finally got billing on the phone, they said it was $30 and that they had not ordered the orthotics.

I had to go on a 6 day vacation to Atlanta with no orthotics which caused me to do more damage to my foot and made the vacation quite uncomfortable.

Dr. Franson apologized when I went to pick up the orthotics a week later.

I’m still waiting for insurance payments for physical therapy that I had in February from a December surgery. I also need more visits approved and I cannot request them, only UFAI can. I don’t know if the problem lies with UFAI or the insurance company but I’ve called both to no avail. Insurance states that I’ve used up my visits since I also had shoulder surgery but they tell me that it’s easy to get more; the medical facility just needs to request them with a letter of medical necessity. Then they will also pay the back visits. I’ve gotten no feedback from either as to where the hang up is. I’m afraid now that since it’s been so long that they’ll deny more visits and won’t pay the ones I owe.
