The care that I’ve received from Dr. Franson and his staffs, that includes the therapy department ... is one of the best I’ve gotten. They’ve helped me go back to walking normally again after my left bunionectomy. One caring and dedicated team ... and Doctor Franson .... he’s just amazingly great and wonderful.

When calling to make an appointment or trying to get a hold of the dr, it would be nice the person answering, would actually givesthe msg or call back. I had this problem, I would call thinking I’m talking to someone in Santa Clarita but they’re actually in Santa Monica.

I asked for a copy of my x-rays for each appointment (4). I have an authorization form on file. On my last visit I spoke with Gissella who informed me that I need to fill out a new form for a new request. That is not what I had been told by the main office and front desk. Gissella statement was that it may be the standard for the office but not for her. She has quite an attitude about all of this and in my opinion is inappropriate. Additionally I was told that the xrays could be sent via email. Once again Gissella said that it is not true.

Your office staff is very friendly. Dr Franson is incredible and his advise was solutions gave be awesome results. One comment: I was waiting for more than 45 minutes past my appointment time. Perhaps take a look at that. Regardless I was Still very impressed with your organization. Thanks
