I have had previous ankle problems on 2008 and when had same issues this 2018, I definitely had to come back to the same professional and helpful team that I had experienced in the past. Only the best would do and UFAI is the way to go.

Dr. Abrams sent me a medical release form so that my file can be sent to Dr. Franson. I filled it out and returned it to the address he specified. But then, he indicated that Dr. Yoo would be taking over my file. I'll try to straighten this out but please be aware that I'm trying to get my file sent to Dr. Franson.

Dr. Franson not only took over my husbands care for a foot wound that was very stubborn in healing, he virtually saved his life with a surgery that stopped an infection that had become systemic. His bedside manner is impeccable and his listening skills are rare in the medical field. He pays attention to every detail and as a patient or family member you are not only consulted you are included in your care. If Yelp gave out 10 Stars Dr. Franson would get all of those and more. I could not give he and his staff a higher rating. I just wish he took care of more than feet! Rest easy; your feet could not be in better hands.

Scheduled my appointment 1 week ahead in Valencia office so I wouldn't be double booked, arrived on time and was kept waiting 20 minutes while I watched 2 other patients who arrived after me get called back. Asked receptionist what was going on and she didn't know (mind you, I had already checked with her at 10 minutes past my appointment time so she knew I was waiting). She calls in back and tells me they're waiting for an exam room to be free - because they totally forgot about me! Then she asks me if I want to reschedule! Didn't even offer an apology for their mistake. I just walked out and will find another podiatrist with a front office staff that can manage patient flow correctly.

Waiting to hear back from you people that the prosthetic shoe devices in size 10 have arrived. My relief was dramatic after the doctor's treatment and the technician was very patient and helpful afterwards. Have not received a bill yet. Hope that goes smoothly with insurances. Thanks

I thought Dr. Franson and his staff were great. However, I felt I should’ve received a little more a explanation about my condition and how to help it. It would also be nice to receive a printed summary of my visit.

Dr. Franson is an excellent doctor and skilled surgeon. The staff is pleasant and helpful. My visits to Dr. Franson's office are always pleasant, my concerns are addressed and resolved, my appointments always commence on schedule and I depart the office in a timely manner to return to work. I greatly appreciate Dr. Franson for providing me with outstanding foot services, prompt professionalism and a kind demeanor.

Your requirement for a credit card makes me angry. With insurance fiascos I prefer to be billed once the insurance is straightened out. Also medical offices are notoriously bad in keeping the privacy of their billing secure. Too many times I hear about old record from a doctor being found in a dumpster.

Wonderful staff and a great doctor..can’t thank all of them enough for making a tough thing much easier..they went out of there way to make sure I was ok in office and at home after surgery.thank you all..

The doctor was awesome. My foot issue was diagnosed very quickly, and I was told what I needed to do. The visit was very quick, and so far I am happy with my results. I was supposed to get some plantars stretching paperwork before I left, but I didn't get that. But overall, I would recommend this place if you have any foot issues.

I do not like the call center. If I had known about the call center I would have chosen a different doctor. That would have been unfortunate because we like Dr Frances. Please have calls go through the direct office. It’s really frustrating to have to go through the call center.
