I found UFAI after failing traditional treatment for plantar fasciitis in our small town. I did everything suggested, to no avail. In near desperation, I made the long trip to Valencia (3 hours one-way). I found Dr. Jafary to be kind and understanding. Within a month after my first visit, I had Topaz surgery with a stem cell injection. It's been eight weeks now and the recovery has been remarkable. I can't remember my foot feeling this near-normal in years--I wrote off so much of the stiffness and pain to aging and felt I was being overly anxious. I still have a bit to go to totally restore my foot mechanics, but that is due to the length of time I had chronic plantar fasciitis without fully realizing the devastation it created. I highly recommend Dr. Jafary and commend him for his fine work with my case.

Dr Jaffrey was very helpful reg Bill's broken toe; however, he recommended a home test for his leg veins & arteries & it was done. However, he did not call & tell us he had referred us to Dr. Jason because the test showed abnormalities. So we visited Dr. Jason unprepared for why we were there. It would have been helpful if Dr. Jaffrey had called & told us why we were supposed to visit Dr. Jason! Otherwise, we were pleased with Dr Jaffrey's care.

Having P/T at the UFAI in Valencia years ago for my plantar fasciitis I’m not surprised on my recent visit.
Dr. Jafary and staff are professional, friendly and are very informative on questions and concerns that I had. I would definitely recommend UFAI to others in need of a consultation/treatment.

While I have always thought the doctor care is wonderful. I am very frustrated with the fact that I cannot speak directly to the Valencia office. I don't like being routed to a message center. That is something that I think you need to re-consider. Thank you.

Doctor and all the staff are great. They took excellent care of me and were very patient and friendly. They helped me feel better fast. I will recommend UFAI to everyone that has foot or ankle problems.

My experience has been positive. I'm better, but not healed. I need to understand more about the steps to remediate my problem, so I will continue working with my doctor and being patient with the recovery process. It terrifies me that the condition is returning, so I would love to have better information not on the procedure itself (i.e. Topaz) but on "what to expect" during week 1, week 2, week 3, (with stem cell injection). I found a lot of info on the procedure itself, but not as much on progress following the procedure. I know each pateint differs, but still I feel this could be delineated.

It was great except for on thing.
YOUR CALL CENTER IS A DISASTER. They have put me on hold for more than an hour. Lately, I just walk into your office to make appointments because driving there, parking, going up to the office, making an appointment, going back to my car and driving home is much easier and faster than getting an appointment on the phone.
