A few months after my plantar fasciitis diagnosis, I was referred to this office for a consult.  After meeting with Dr. Jafary on a few occasions to treat the plantar fasciitis; I extremely grateful upon each visit and have began my journey to full recovery.  Dr. Jafary goes above and beyond and I highly recommend this office to anyone experiencing any kind of foot related issue.  Thank you Dr. Jafary and UFAI for all you have done for me.

Dr. Jafary was excellent in his ability to put you at ease, lay out all options and recommendations, and make himself available to his patients. I fractured my toe and went on Yelp to see who was good in my area.  I completely based my contact with his office on Yelp reviews.  I was not disappointed.  Very thankful for pointing me in the right direction.  He recommended I do bunion surgery while fixing my fractured toe and I had another procedure to help with plantar fasciitis pain that I didn't even know existed.  I am using crutches as well as an awesome knee scooter "JustGo" his partner created, its a pretty impressive machine.  Surgery 12/3/20, still healing, and I can see improvements every couple of days.  Thank you Dr. Jafary!!!!

After seeing two other doctors, and still being in a lot of pain I found the Ankle and Foot doctor online. The doctor was thorough and kind. He requested the proper test, a MRI, to determine the cause of the pain and provided me a road to recovery.

Dr. Jafary has helped me through plantar fasciitis with topaz surgery and a stem cell injection. Almost a year later, and it was the best decision ever. Actually, there was immediate relief for me! I have recovered and feel great to be back to myself again.

I found UFAI after failing traditional treatment for plantar fasciitis in our small town. I did everything suggested, to no avail. In near desperation, I made the long trip to Valencia (3 hours one-way). I found Dr. Jafary to be kind and understanding. Within a month after my first visit, I had Topaz surgery with a stem cell injection. It's been eight weeks now and the recovery has been remarkable. I can't remember my foot feeling this near-normal in years--I wrote off so much of the stiffness and pain to aging and felt I was being overly anxious. I still have a bit to go to totally restore my foot mechanics, but that is due to the length of time I had chronic plantar fasciitis without fully realizing the devastation it created. I highly recommend Dr. Jafary and commend him for his fine work with my case.

At University Foot And Ankle Institute I feel that they are taking care of medical needs and not ignoring my problems. I have been to other doctors office and I have not been able to be treated for my ankle like at Dr office. Me being a veteran they are understanding how the VA works and have patients dealing with them.
