Dr. Baravarian and his entire team have always been amazing. I’m a patient of theirs and a referring doctor. Clinically and in every other way they’re amazing. And it starts with the leadership of Dr. Baravarian.

I was not impressed with thefirst doctor who came into the room to
look at my feet; he know why I came for, but dodn’t even check another obvious condition. I did make that remark to
him.
The other doctor (female, who cut my toe nails) and the assistant were very good

The online symptom reporting software doesn’t work. Ever time I log in, whether by email or text message, freezes after the page indicating if my injury is on the left or right foot. I get a spinning icon and nothing appears thereafter.

The front desk girls have been incredible and helpful! I have been told multiple times that an assistant of the doctor would call me when I had questions…and never received a phone call from the assistant.. (upwards of 3 days) but the front desk staff, doctors and support staff during my appointments have been incredible

I am scheduled to have a nerve stimulator procedure done on my left ankle on Monday, July 10 and I’m very excited and hopeful that I have finally found the right doctor that can help me as I have been living in constant pain for eight years.

I have been to three different doctors about my foot. Response was do x, don’t do x, and your response was do x. I wish your group could meet about the problem and reach a consensus. Your doctor seem the most positive but it would help if there was input from the group.

So, first of all, thank you so much for asking and encouraging an honest, if not blunt, response.

Let me begin by saying that the staff was very warm and friendly.
I really appreciate that!
I once left the practice of a prominent Valley Podiatry duo because the staff ran the spectrum between indifferent and rude.

However, as lovely as your staff is, they did not flag the fact that I am a Type 1 Diabetic for the doctor. I completed multiple forms prior to my visit, the fact that I am a type one diabetic should have jumped out and been highlighted on my chart. Dr. Baravarian books his appointments aggressively and does not allow time to flip through charts to acquaint himself with his patients. Someone needs to.

Speaking of which, I felt my (New Patient) appointment was rushed. I received a diagnosis and treatment recommendation, but I did not leave understanding what caused it, nor if it could be cured, or merely managed.
A patient wants to feel like a person, not a diagnosis.
They want to feel like the doctor actually cares.

I hope you accept this critique in the spirit in which it was intended: to be elucidating, constructive & helpful.

I find everybody is so wonderful to me on every visit. My doctor is the best I cannot tell you how pleased I am with everybody from reception to nursing assistance and all your staff I give you only 10 you were so accommodating I cannot thank you all enough, Martin Fassnidge.

I feel fantastic about my experience! I was so scared to get the injection in my ankle, and it wound up being nothing like I expected…it barely hurt so I was thrilled! I had no pain or soreness the next day, and didn’t even have to take any Tylenol. The pain in my ankle has gone away, but I am being very careful and wearing my brace the entire day until I go to sleep.

I’m praying that with the next shot in a couple of weeks, my hopeful outcome will be achieved and I can avoid surgery. Dr. Bob is the best!!

From my first appointment, I was confident that I'd chosen well; Dr. Baravarian was the third podiatrist I'd consulted! He and his staff were as helpful as I could have wished - especially Alex and Cheli.

I feel safe and cared for by Dr. Baravarian and his staff. I was so impressed that on one of my visits he was the person who opened the door to the waiting room and called me in. The office is run smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. Thank you.
