My doctor visit was very short so I cannot really provide a proper feedback.

Everyone at the physical therapy was FANTASTIC. They are very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and thorough. I would recommend them to everyone.

I think one of the sutures was not ready to be removed. The others came out painlessly and this one between the toes hurt like crazy. That end of the incision is still not closed - almost 2 weeks later - and the rest of the incision seems fine.

Also there could’ve been clearer communication about the type of shoe needed to transition from the boot. I brought my sneakers with my orthotics but then found out I needed a shoe with a more rigid sole. I would prefer to know all that upfront.

I was happy with the care and diagnosis. The insurance part seemed to take time at the appointment. Not sure why that was not done in advance.

I since learned that I was hyper-thyroid and that may have contributed to my bursitis in my heel.

Had to call for a prescription for my iontophoresis medication. Would have been nice to be given that at the time of my visits
